Ingredients
Butter - 1 Cup
Powdered Sugar - 2 cups
Madia - 3 Cup
Egg - 4 Nos
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Method
Mix the Butter and Powdered Sugar till it is fluffy. Seperate the white from the yolk and keep it seperately. Beat the egg yolk evenly. Beat the egg white till a lather is formed. Swift the maida and baking powder. Now add the butter mixture to the egg yolk and stir softly. Then fold in the maida. Mix softly. Mix the cinnamon powder and vanilla essence into the butter mixture. Then add in the egg white and mix softly.
